❓ What if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product?
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or a wrong item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@abravi.in or drop a WhatsApp.
- Attach clear photos and a short video of the product from all angles.
- Mention your Order Number and issue details in the email.
❓ How does Abravi process returns?
- Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue.
- If approved, we will offer you an exchange in the form of Abravi’s Store Credits, redeemable only on www.abravi.in.
- All returns are subject to final verification by our management team.
❓ Who bears the return shipping charges?
If your return is approved, you (customer) are required to cover the return shipping cost as well as any applicable restocking fees.
❓ Can I return customized, discounted, or sale items?
No 🚫 — customized, discounted, and sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
❓ Will the product look exactly like the picture online?
We strive to display every product as accurately as possible. However:
- Variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and color settings.
- Images are for representation purposes and may not always match the exact shade.
We appreciate your understanding of this natural variation in handloom products.
❓ What happens if my product is unavailable after payment?
Although rare, if a product goes out of stock after payment, we will issue an easy refund or adjustment immediately.
❓ Which law governs Abravi’s Return & Exchange Policy?
This policy is governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Delhi, India.

✔️ Exchanges and returns are not applicable on customized, discounted, or sale items. However, in exceptional circumstances where a return is approved, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
